Chet Forte was born on 7 August 1935 in . He was a director and producer, known for NFL Monday Night Football (1970), Lake Placid 1980: XIII Olympic Winter Games (1980) and Rollergames (1990). He died on 18 May 1996 in San Diego, California, USA.
