Lou Wagner

Biography

Lou Wagner (born August 19, 1940) is an American actor. He is probably best known for his regular role as mechanic Harlan Arliss in the NBC television series, "CHiPs", from 1978 to 1983 and as Lucius in Planet of the Apes (1968).
