Biography

Tara Salas was born on 19 February 1995 in Copenhagen Denmark. She is a director, best known for Dressage (2023), The Escape From Herstedvester (2024) and Moder (2025). Her main genre is drama with plot twists, but she has also explored true-crime, horror and fantasy. Tara is a multidisciplinary artist known for her compelling presence and thoughtful approach in performance. With a foundation in dance, she trained intensively in movement and rhythm, shaping her unique physical expressiveness. Her academic journey includes Dramaturgy studies, Acting at the Method Acting Center in Paris, Art Performance in New York, and Media Analysis in Copenhagen, giving her a nuanced understanding of both the structure and emotions behind storytelling.
